SUPER STOCK 50 ADDED TO SCHEDULE

We have added a 50 lap feature for the Daytona Dodge Super Stocks on Saturday November 14th to the 2009 schedule. We would like to thank Aristocrat Volkswagon for sponsoring the event that will run in conjunction with the Mini-Stock 50 already scheduled for that night, as well as the FASCAR Weekly Racing Series Super Late Models, Taylor Racing Products Pro-Trucks, Modifieds and the Pub 44 Strictly Stocks.

RESULTS UPDATE from 9.19.09

After further review and consideration, FASCAR has made the decision to overturn the disqualifications of the #01 Super Stock of Scott Smith and the #211 Super Stock of Jarrett Korpi.  This decision was based on numerous conversations with parts suppliers and further review of the FASCAR rule book which DOES NOT specify crankshaft weight.  We apologize for any inconvenience or embarrassment this has caused any team. 

Effective September 21, 2009, ALL Super Stock crankshafts shall weigh as follows: 

Cast crankhafts- 50 lbs minimum

Steel crankshafts - 51 lbs minimum

No Tolerance
