You MUST complete all 3 pages, have notarized, and return ORIGINAL DOCUMENT to the Track.

Due to new Insurance regulations, effective JUNE 30, 2009, ALL MINORS entering the Pit Area MUST be accompanied by PARENT or LEGAL GUARDIAN with Court Order.

You MUST provide Birth Certificate for Minor and Proof of Guardianship with Valid I.D.

All Minor Release forms MUST be signed by BOTH Parents.

Minor Release Forms may be filled out during the week at the New Smyrna Speedway Track Office, or they can be faxed to you. Forms not completed at the Track Office MUST be Notarized.

11th ANNUAL CLYDE HART MEMORIAL - INFO

As the Fourth of July nears, we once again prepare to honor the man that built the New Smyrna Speedway and the founder of FASCAR, Clyde Hart, witht the 11th Annual running of the CLYDE HART MEMORIAL on Thursday July 2nd.

This years race will include 125 laps for the Super Late Models, 75 laps for the Taylor Racing Products Pro-Trucks and a 25 lap feature for the Pub 44 Strictly Stocks. All Super Late Model and Pro-Truck drivers are urged to Pre-Enter at a discounted Entry Fee for the Races, using the forms available below. PRE-ENTRIES MUST BE POSTMARKED NO LATER THAN JUNE 25, 2009.
