2009 New Smyrna Speedway Track Rental Rates and Procedures Reservation for track rental must be made 36 hours in advance. There is a three (3) hour minimum with a EMT present.Monday – Friday >> THERE IS NO RACEDAY TRACK RENTAL AVAILABLE IF YOUR DIVISION IS RACING THAT DAY. No race-day track rental. Race – night rules apply for track rental. All participants (driver, crew and overcrew) must check-in at track office and sign a release form. Cars must have all safety equipment, and drivers must wear full flame-retardant driving suit; full-face helmet or helmet with safety goggles, glasses or shield; and racing shoes, socks and gloves. Drivers must fasten harnesses.
Billing starts at scheduled arrival time, no exceptions. Teams must clear track of debris left by car before leaving the facility.
