ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS It is the goal of New Smyrna Speedway to race every event scheduled. If we are faced with bad weather, including but not limited to: rain, high winds, lightning etc. every effort will be made to race however safety is the most important factor in the decision to cancel the nights events.
If the races are cancelled prior to ticket/wristband sales the entire event is cancelled.
If the races are cancelled after ticket/wristband sales have begun but before 50% of the laps of the first feature event are complete, the show is cancelled and your ticket/wristband is good for the next event.
If the races are cancelled after ticket/wristband sales have begun but at least 50% of the laps of the first feature event are complete, the show is complete and your ticket/wristband will not be valid for any upcoming event.
If the show is cancelled races may be rescheduled at NSS discretion
